Energy healing has been almost in every culture and every country since the very beginning of recorded history through today. Energy is always present. There are three distinct categories of Healing Energy.

A. Personal Energy
B. Psychic Energy
C. Spiritual/Mystical Energy

Personal Energy:

This energy is generated by the human body.

Psychic:

This energy is the energy that focuses the power of the mind to direct and concentrate energy through thought.

Spiritual/Mystical:

With this energy you are working with a higher power, spirit, God (if you will), the power of prayer, Universal Life Energy. Spiritual/Mystical Energy is limitless. For our purpose here we will refer to this particular energy as Universal Life Energy.

Healing with the Human Energy Field:

Some of the healing modalities that would fall into this category are:

A. Therapeutic Touch
B. Tellington Touch
C. Polarity Therapy
D. Hands on Healing
E. Reiki
F. Magnified Healing

Therapeutic Touch

Therapeutic Touch is an energy healing modality that modulates the energy field that surrounds and penetrates the body. Practitioners assess and balance the energy field to support and balance the subjects own powers for self-healing. Therapeutic Touch is a contemporary interpretation of several ancient healing practices. This modality was developed by Dolores Krieger, Ph.D., R. N. and Dora Kunz, a spiritual healer.

Tellington Touch

Dogs, cats, horses, birds, Llamas, cheetahs, rabbits---the list is too long to include all the animals who have benefited from the Tellington Touch. The Tellington Touch, or TTouch, is used all over the world by Veterinarians, groomers, trainers, in zoos, animal shelters and especially pet owners who want to make a change in behavior or help in relieving pain and discomfort.

Tellington Touch is composed of two techniques. The first technique is body work: a collection of specific touches designed to work on emotional and health problems. These touches are not invasive. They are not massage or acupressure but are various gentle manipulation of body parts. The second technique: is ground work which involves guiding the animal through movement exercises but in non-habitual ways. These two techniques are designed to create a calm and attentive, focused state of consciousness. Touch, manipulation and guiding the animal through non-habitual activities, brings feelings, habitual responses, and bodily states of awareness. In this state the animal can use its mental and physical resources to reorganize its programming and develop more appropriate patterns and responses. Typical kinds of situations that have been helped by Tellington Touch are: barking, chewing and biting, fear and shyness, car sickness, jumping up and leash pulling, fear aggression, submissive urination, separation anxiety, aging, arthritis, hip dysphasia, feather plucking and more. Tellington Touch should never replace veterinary care. In most cases it is extremely helpful to combine traditional medical care with Tellington Touch. It is easy to do and takes very little time to achieve results. Sessions are for one hour, one week apart for 3 consecutive weeks. During each one hour session, the first part is spent working on the animal and the second is teaching the owner how to do these touches so that they can continue working at home.

Polarity Therapy

Polarity Therapy is an energy healing approach to restoring energetic balance to the mind and body. Like other practices that heal with energy, it is based on the principle that a life force surrounds and permeates the physical body and every living plant and animal. Illness is a sign of imbalance in this flow of energy. Polarity Therapy restores harmony through gentle hands-on bodywork, diet and nutrition, positive thinking, and exercise.

Hands-On-Healing

Hands-On-Healing is one of the most ancient healing modalities going back to one of the most important and revered goddess of all Egyptian mythology. In the middle of each palm of your hand is an energy center, a minor chakra, which when opened allows healing energy to flow either into or out of the palm. These energy centers can be used to receive energy or send energy. The left hand is commonly used for either receiving positive energy from the universe or drawing negative energy out of the person. The right hand is commonly used for sending and directing energy. With the above method, healing energy is transferred to the subject through the hands and the negative energy which causes dis-ease is pulled out and makes way for positive energy to move into that area and heal.

Reiki

Reiki is based on Universal Life Force Energy. This energy surrounds and permeates all of creation, and is available to use for healing. The Reiki Practitioner acts as a channel for accessing the universal life energy. While everyone has access to this energy, over the course of time the ability to access it has become blocked. Therefore, Reiki practitioners undergo a series of initiations (called attunements) that enables them to tap into the "Universal Life Energy." Practitioners use Reiki energy to balance and amplify the subjects energy to promote healing. Disharmony in the physical body or the subtle energy fields that surround it can result in physical or emotional disease and dysfunction. During treatment, the Reiki practitioner draws on Reiki energy to restore balance. The practitioner does not use her own energy, one uses the "Universal Life Energy."

Magnified Healing

Magnified Healing is a vibrational and an energy healing modality. Magnified Healing is a 5th dimensional healing energy (its focus is on the heart). With Magnified Healing you create the energy with The Universal Life Energy; you become it. You are co-creator. The Magnified Healing Energy goes from one hand to the other through the body of the person/animal immediately re-leasing all mis-qualified energies and imbalances that are then sent to "The Violet Flame" for transmutation. With Magnified Healing you can do organ transplants, heal Karma in totality, build the light body, activate all the strands of DNA, and activate the Five Higher Bodies (which are different from the outer or subtle bodies). Magnified Healing is an Ascension Initiation. It also heals all levels of existence physical, emotional, mental, etheric, and spiritual. Reiki and Magnified Healing are not to be used consciously at the same time as they work differently although the energy of both will be present when using either one. A practitioner must be attuned to the energies of Magnified Healing in order to use its properties.

As you see these healing modalities are all alike in that they use "Universal Life Energy" and energy transfer as the Primary healing tool. The difference is in the way each of the modalities manipulates the energy for the transfer.

Let us now use some of what we learned. We will be using Hands-On-Healing since we are born with the capacity to transfer this energy, we need no attunements or initiations to perform this energy transfer. While visiting a friend and his wife, they tell us that their Congo African Grey has been diagnosed by their veterinarian as having a cancerous tumor. The tumor, located on the left side of the birds chest, feels like a small lump about a half inch in size. We ask if we can work on the bird? The couple agrees. We place the bird on our knee and he gets calm and used to being there. We activate our hands by rubbing them together. We then gently place our hands palms down on the bird, forming a triangle over the area of the tumor. We then visualize the healing energy coming through the palms of our hands into the bird and visualize the negative energy, the tumor, shrinking into nothing and leaving the bird through the triangle. Once the visualization of the tumor is melted away we can then visualize white Universal Healing Energy penetrating deeply into that area. You will probably only be able to do this for about 2-5 minutes before the bird becomes uneasy and wants to move away. You probably won't notice a change in the tumor while you are working on it. This was a true story that happened to me — what later happened was that I got a call from my friends a few weeks after I had worked on the bird and they told me that the tumor had completely disappeared. When they took their bird into the Vet for his check-up....he was very surprised and at first thought they had purchased a new bird.

Miracles do happen — expect one!
